The festival in honor of Saint Helena takes place on the second Sunday of July, in the Serra de Santa Helena, preceded by a novena.

On the day of the feast, an open-air mass takes place, presided over by all the priests of the parish and by the Bishop of the Diocese of Lamego, followed by a procession. On this day, the population travels to the mountains to celebrate the date with the family, having picnics in the Picnic Park of Santa Helena. The fair takes place next to Calhau de Pendilhe, in the space designated for it. At the end of the afternoon, the Blessing of the Fields and the Profession of Farewell take place.
